In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ug77," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to ug77 Casino, operating the online gambling platform at ug77.biz, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a verified account on the ug77 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ug77 website, web application, and all associated services accessible at ug77.biz.
• "Account" refers to the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Funds" refers to any amounts deposited by the Player to their ug77 account balance, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) or USDT as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by ug77 that are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly until such requirements are met.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national gaming regulatory authority of the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" refers to any territory, country, or region from which access to ug77's services is restricted by applicable law or ug77's own compliance policies.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ug77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as verified by government-issued Philippine identification;
2. You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or are otherwise permitted to access ug77's services under the laws applicable to your location;
3. You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person or using a shared, corporate, or fictitious identity;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of ug77 or any of its affiliated game providers;
6. You have not previously been excluded from ug77's services through a self-exclusion request or regulatory enforcement action;
7. Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

ug77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met. Any winnings derived from an account that does not meet these eligibility requirements are void and may be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the ug77 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ug77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple accounts; accounts found in violation will be suspended and any associated balances reviewed.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate throughout the life of your account.

In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA), ug77 requires all Players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable government-issued identification includes: Philippine System ID (PhilSys), Passport, Driver's License, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). A selfie holding the submitted ID may be requested. ug77 may request additional documentation at any time based on regulatory requirements or risk assessment.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ug77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. ug77 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA through your account security settings.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party for any reason. ug77 will never contact you via SMS, email, social media, or any other channel to request your password or OTP verification code. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to ug77 support immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ug77 immediately by contacting our support team. ug77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including through password reuse, sharing of credentials, or failure to report suspected compromise in a timely manner.

ug77 reserves the right to lock an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending verification with the account holder. Such temporary locks are a protective measure and do not constitute a breach by ug77 of its obligations to the Player.

ug77 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

ug77 currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, and USDT (Tether) for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the ug77 Cashier at the time of transaction.

All player balances on ug77 are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the Player has specifically selected a USDT wallet at registration. USDT deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ug77 does not guarantee exchange rate values and conversion rates are displayed transparently at the time of each transaction.

The minimum deposit on ug77 is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) for PHP-denominated transactions. USDT minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier and are subject to change based on network conditions.

ug77 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. All deposit transactions are subject to monitoring. ug77 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit and to delay or decline processing pending satisfactory documentation. Reports are submitted to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Withdrawals from a Player's ug77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the Player's verified identity and that were used for at least one deposit to the account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos);
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the same Philippine business day where requests are submitted before 5:00 PM PHT;
• Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PHT or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day;
• ug77 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification before processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts or amounts inconsistent with typical account behaviour.

ug77 may offer various promotions, bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP tier rewards from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. ug77 reserves the right to withhold bonus benefits and related winnings from any account where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: matched betting using opposing positions, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, use of prohibited game types for wagering completion, or coordination among multiple accounts;
• Each promotional offer is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms;
• ug77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has begun participation, ug77 will make reasonable efforts to honour qualifying progress;
• VIP tier cashback calculations are based on net weekly gaming losses and are credited automatically. The applicable cashback percentage is determined by the Player's verified tier at the end of each weekly calculation period;
• Promotional terms are communicated in English and this language version is authoritative in the event of any dispute.

All games available on ug77 operate under certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently verified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively by ug77 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection during a live round, game client errors, or display anomalies — ug77's policy is as follows:

• Where a malfunction results in an incomplete game round, the staked amount for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance;
• Where a malfunction generates an erroneously displayed win or an otherwise clearly incorrect game outcome, ug77 reserves the right to void the affected round. Any credits incorrectly applied as a result will be reversed;
• ug77 is not liable for losses incurred by a Player as a result of third-party technical failures, including internet service provider outages, mobile device failures, or Philippine network congestion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:

• Registering with false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ug77 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents standard gameplay;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games and multi-player formats;
• Using the ug77 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in contravention of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended) or other applicable Philippine financial laws;
• Accessing ug77 from a prohibited jurisdiction or through a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors to generate unauthorised winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ug77 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting proprietary data from the ug77 platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ug77 account to any third party.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ug77 is required to provide and actively promote the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings. Downward adjustments take effect immediately; upward adjustments require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts that trigger after a set period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;

The 21+ age restriction is enforced through verified KYC — not a self-declaration checkbox — and applies to all account holders without exception.

All content on the ug77 platform — including but not limited to the ug77 brand name, logo, interface design, game artwork, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of ug77 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ug77 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes during the period of their account in good standing. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works based on any ug77 content.

Game titles, artwork, and associated intellectual property displayed on ug77 remain the property of the respective game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and others) and are used by ug77 under valid licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ug77's liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the ug77 platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.

ug77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction not caused by ug77's negligence; losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate game information; or any interruption to service caused by factors outside ug77's reasonable control, including Philippine telecommunications infrastructure failures, PAGCOR-directed service suspensions, or force majeure events.

ug77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or third-party service failures.

ug77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the Player in writing.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or prohibited conduct, ug77 may withhold the associated balance pending regulatory review and legal proceedings.

A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within five Philippine business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and any other relevant gaming legislation.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the ug77 platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player submits a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. ug77 acknowledges receipt within 48 hours and responds with a proposed resolution within seven Philippine business days;
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with ug77's proposed resolution, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution process. ug77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation;
3. Legal Proceedings: Where disputes are not resolved through the above process, parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ug77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the ug77 platform. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect Player rights, payment terms, or gameplay conditions — ug77 will provide reasonable advance notice through the Player's registered email address and through a notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the ug77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
